These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.glazefoods.in and the services provided by M/s Food Dude, operating the brand “Glaze Foods”. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. About these terms

“Glaze Foods”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to M/s Food Dude. “You” and “your” refer to the person or organisation using our website or services. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Our services

Glaze Foods provides corporate food and cafeteria services, including daily catering, cafeteria operations and digitisation, event catering, and private-label food and beverage products, primarily on a business-to-business basis. Specific scope, pricing and service levels are set out in the proposal, quotation or service agreement applicable to each engagement.

3. Orders, quotations & contracts

• Menus, prices and availability may change and are confirmed at the time of order or in the applicable agreement.
• An order or engagement is confirmed once accepted by us in writing and, where applicable, on receipt of any advance or payment due.
• Where a separate signed service agreement exists between you and Glaze Foods, that agreement prevails over these terms to the extent of any conflict.

4. Pricing & payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of applicable taxes such as GST.
• Payments may be made through the methods we make available, including our online payment gateway (PayU) and other agreed modes.
• Invoices are payable within the timelines stated on the invoice or in your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend service for overdue payments.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Delivery of services

Provision and delivery of food and services are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Food safety & your responsibilities

• We prepare and handle food in line with applicable food-safety standards.
• You are responsible for informing us of any allergies, dietary restrictions or special requirements in advance. While we take care with allergens, our kitchens handle a range of ingredients and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
• Food is perishable and must be stored and consumed within the guidance we provide.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Glaze Foods name, logos, private-label brands, text, graphics and design — is owned by or licensed to M/s Food Dude and may not be copied or used without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glaze Foods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Glaze Foods against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our website or services.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
