This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Glaze Foods, operated by M/s Food Dude, delivers its food and services. As a food and cafeteria services provider, “delivery” for us means the provision of catering and food services at agreed locations rather than the courier of physical merchandise.

1. Nature of delivery

Glaze Foods primarily provides on-site and delivered food services to corporate clients — daily catering, cafeteria operations, and event catering. Food and services are delivered to the client location(s) and on the schedule agreed at the time of order or in the applicable service agreement.

2. Service areas

We operate on a pan-India basis across the cities in which we have operational coverage. Availability for a specific location is confirmed at the time of enquiry or order. If we are unable to service a location, we will inform you before confirming the order.

3. Delivery timelines

• Daily catering & cafeteria services are delivered on the recurring schedule and meal timings agreed with your organisation.
• Event and one-time orders are delivered on the date and time confirmed at the time of booking. We recommend confirming such orders well in advance to secure your slot.
• We make every effort to deliver on time. Delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control — such as traffic, weather, or force majeure — will be communicated to you as promptly as possible.

4. Delivery charges

Any delivery, logistics or service charges are set out in your quotation, invoice or service agreement. Charges, where applicable, depend on location, order size and service type.

5. Receiving your order

• Please ensure an authorised representative is available at the delivery location to receive the food and services at the agreed time.
• Kindly provide accurate delivery details, access instructions and contact information in advance. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
• As food is perishable, we recommend it be received, stored and consumed within the guidance we provide.

6. No physical shipping of goods

Except for our private-label products where separately agreed, Glaze Foods does not ship physical merchandise by courier. Our services are fulfilled through direct food and catering delivery as described above. Where any private-label product order does involve dispatch, the applicable timelines and charges will be confirmed at the time of that order.
